When booking in your Gift voucher to avoid a 50% cancellation fee, we require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment time.
If you do not show up for your Gift Voucher booking, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Gift Vouchers can only be exchanged for other services up to the value nominated on the voucher & cannot be redeemed for cash.
